Kawasaki JET SKI watercraft played a key role at the 2006 Adaptive Water Sports Festival held recently in New York City. The festival, organized by Disabled Sports USA (DS/USA) and the Wounded Warrior Project, gave 40 wounded military veterans an opportunity to learn how to water ski, scuba dive, sail, fish and ride JET SKI watercraft – despite most of the veterans having single or multiple amputations.
