SCMA AND DAIRY QUEEN PARTNER FOR LA BOAT SHOW

The Southern California Marine Association (SCMA), the nation's largest regional marine trade association, has secured a tie-in marketing agreement to promote its flagship event - the Los Angeles Boat Show - through more than 80 Dairy Queen restaurants throughout Southern California.

The promotion, beginning January 24, allows Dairy Queen customers to receive a free, no purchase necessary, two-for-one coupon to the 49th Annual Los Angeles Boat Show at the Los Angeles Convention Center. The special admission coupons - a $10 discount from the standard boat show admission price for two - can be used at any point throughout the nine-day show (some restrictions apply). The 49th Annual Los Angeles Boat Show will encompass more than 500,000-square-feet of exhibit space and include approximately 400 exhibitors showcasing more than $100 million of the boating industry's latest models and accessories.
Visitors to the show will find more than 1,000 new boats - all under one roof - including family runabouts, fishing boats, cruisers, ski boats, Jet Ski's, performance sport boats, pontoons, luxury motor yachts, inflatables, personal watercraft, houseboats and a select offering of name brand sailboats.
